The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, including wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. I recommend checking out the bar for a relaxing drink!

Kuala Lumpur vibes 🇲🇾✨
Staff were super friendly, checked in sharp-sharp! The food spots nearby are just a few steps away, so no need to stress about brekkie.
Just a bit noisy at night with all the street singers, but you can't expect quiet in such a lively area, right?

As it is part of the larger Federal Hotels which is located as good as next door, one can use all the facilities like swimming pool, etc., which Capitol Hotel does not have.

Convenience and best location in central city with walking distance for shopping and best f&B.
Actually nil meaning no comment. Feeling comfortable to stay, Capitol or Federal hotel actually my first choice. Only need updated guest profile or records guest stayed records.

The toilet was clean and big.
To top it off, the room cleaning was not thorough. It reminded me of I was stuck in a place that had long forgotten about maintenance.

Clean and large room with fantastic view on Petronas Towers and the city skyline. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great location: very close to Bukit Bintang street, MRT station, shops, malls, restaurants (both expensive and cheap).
Very slow check-in (15 mins) compared to quick and efficient check-out. Room was little bit noisy during the night, there were strange sounds coming from air con or outside wind, but not that loud to make our stay uncomfortable.

The location is perfect for city visit and shopping. The room is comfortable but a bit small. The price is average. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.
Air condition regulation doesn't work properly

Straight facts, no fluff
A superb location places you at the heart of Bukit Bintang, just a short stroll from major shopping centers and good eateries. Expect comfortable rooms and splendid views, especially of the Petronas Towers' nighttime light shows. The staff is genuinely helpful.

Great city view (and Petronas Twin Towers as well) from some rooms on upper floors, truly convenient location near two consequent Monorail stations and "eating street" Jalan Alor.
Reception staff has blocked the additional "safety deposit" on my credit card "in accordance with hotel rules". I were not notified about this practice in advance, so it confused me a lot. The issue was regulated after clarifications from hotel reception staff. The dirty window inside the room was unpleasant as well - I had to clean it by myself. Music from cafes goes till 01AM, but it wasn`t actual problem for us - we were too tired after the day of city exploring...

amazing location, comfortable lobby, great city view
Carpets in the rooms are stained and seriously overdue for a refurbishment!!! The wooden benches in the reception are uncomfortable for waiting guests. Not to mention the lack of power plugs and light switches next to the bed!!! More can and should be done!!!

I loved the stay. That was perfect and fantastic hotel set in busy area, not far from metro and monorail, the restaurant and shopping malls, bus and metro stations, restaurants, and facilities nearby. Asked for a twin room and it was spotless and carpeted on level 5.
I had extremely limited breakfast; it could be better.
